Convenience

We have a nationwide network of small vehicle and coach operators. One call or click is all it takes to obtain a quotation for the vehicles you need, wherever you need them. Even if you need to arrange transport at the last minute or in emergency we can help.

You have up to 14 days to accept a quotation. Once you make your booking, and have secured it with a deposit, we send you a confirmation e-mail with a unique reference number for that booking. If you need to change your booking before the day, simply contact us and quote your booking reference. We can usually accommodate changes and there is no administrative charge for this, though obviously there may be an increase in the cost of the hire, for example if you need a bigger vehicle.

If you have an ongoing or complex requirement we offer the simplicity of getting everything you require from one supplier, consolidating all your invoicing, providing you with online management information etc.

Competitive prices

The cost of hiring coaches and minibuses is extremely variable. For example, high demand drives prices up in the summer months and prices vary by region. Obviously, operators will offer more competitive prices when they need to find work for their vehicles and drivers. CMAC offers its suppliers incremental work, enabling them to even out demand from their direct customers, and industry leading payment terms. In return we secure competitive rates, often below those operators would quote direct to customers, which we can pass on to you.

Vetted and approved suppliers

All of our suppliers are checked against Driver & Vehicle Standards Agency DVSA information, and must provide valid copies of insurance certificates and operator licences.  We also carry out random inspections of our suppliers to ensure that the standards we set are adhered to at all times.
